Prefab
Panels
Prefab panel are used for fabricated transferable structure. The
entire Porta-Rooms can be designed for easy erection, dismantling
and re-erection at new site within short time. It is very easy to
install with tongue and grove arrangement and we can take out and
install in other places whenever it deemed essential. Prefab Panels
are ideally suited for speedy construction, simple to erect, light
weight, yet strong and durable. Whereas Brick and mortar construction
by its very nature is time consuming and requires long lead time
for curing. Dry construction concept is therefore being offered
for making Porta-Rooms. In addition, it has other intrinsic qualities
like exceptional dimensional stability, resistance to environment
corrosion, sound insulation, non-asbestos, fire resistant, termite
proof, moisture resistant, enough durability to withstand adverse
weather conditions, cool in summers  and
protection from cold winters. Currently company has three types
of prefab panels available which were manufactured by different
companies.
Aerocon
Prefab Panel
These panels manufactured by Hyderabad Industries Ltd. (HIL), India
are used to construct Prefabricated Shelters and are used for partition
& extension work. Aerocon Prefab Panels are non-asbestos, sandwiched,
40-75mm thick stuffed thermal cladded panels duly coated with 6
layers of chemical compound protect from which inside and outside
thus are termite proof, fire resistant, moisture resistant, environment
friendly. It is light weight and its core composed of Portland cement,
binders and mix of siliceous and  material
aggregate. It is strong, durable and could be used for structure
of all side walls. Their unique tongue and groove joining facilitates
rapid construction with minimum effort. In recognition to its outstanding
work in the development of Aerocon panels, HIL bagged the DSIR National
Award for R & D efforts in industry in the area of New Materials
for the year 2000, from the Department of Scientific & Industrial
Research, Government. of India.

panel passages through number of tests and attain the specified

Bison
Panels
Bison Panels are manufactured by Shilpkar (India) Pvt., Ltd.
These
Prefab structures are constructed in track and panel system with
advantage of simplicity in construction, easy transportation even
to difficult terrains with remarkable speeds, accuracy of erection
and seismic resistance. These structures are easily dismantle able
and can be easily relocated. These are of to temporary, semi-permanent
or even of permanent nature. They can care to various applications
ranging from guard huts to huge warehouses can be built faster with
ease.
Structure can be customized to suit individual needs. Walling &
roofing system range from 12 mm thick single panels to 100mm thick
rigid and insulated panels with an option of dismantle able modular
flooring. These features are supplemented with modular doors and
windows as per desired location. Roofing option include pre-coated
sheets and polycarbonate sheets.
Rapicon Panel & Hi-Tech Roofing Sheet
Rapicon Panel & Hi-Tech roofing sheet are manufactured by Everest
Industries Ltd., India. Rapicon
Modules are sandwich panels made of lightweight FRACC and E-Boards.
Factory- cured sandwich Rapicon Modules are light in weight, fire
resistant and sound insulating. Everest’s high quality asbestos
free E-board used as skin gives Rapicon Module a smooth finish and
makes them ideal for aesthetically pleasing interiors and exteriors.
Rapicon
Modules come with the universally accepted tongue and groove joint
system to facilitate easy assembly. Now Rapicon can easily replace
bricks and mortars and other partition materials and systems for
clean and hassle – free constructions. Rapicon

These are King Wing Brand of Carbon Fiber UPVC Roof
Tiles  manufactured
in China by Foshan Winning Enterprises Co., Ltd.These are made up
of 3 layers. It is a new building material which is produced by
advanced equipment and technology. It is cheaper and durable than
other building material. It has better heat insulation, sound insulation
and is lighter than ordinary material because of special chemicals
and its foam structure. It is acid proof, alkali proof easy to fix,
cut, nailed and drilled having service life more than 20 years.
It is stronger and more tenacious than traditional roof tiles.
