Office Spaces

The head office of the company is located near the heart of Narayan Gopal Chowk, Maharajgung (Chakrapath), Kathmandu. The premise comprises of 2000 sq. ft. space of fully furnished office space including meeting hall. The firm possesses full range of equipments and facilities required for a modern construction company and are equipped with adequate reprographic facilities.

Workshop / Go-down

The company has its own fabrication workshop/go-down located at Hattigauda, Kathmandu which comprises of more than 7000 sq. ft with all necessary tools & equipments required to perform construction of prefabricated shelter which includes fabrication equipment for steel work such as welder, lath-machine, cutting tools etc along with generator and mixer machine, vibrator civil work related necessary machinery tools, forma, props etc.

Human Resource

Arati & Company has qualified and highly experienced team of executives for office management and designers & structural engineers for fabrication work and erection of prefabricated shelters. Some of these engineers & designers are trained from our manufacturer.

At present, the Company has more than 30 full time staffs, 10 office staffs and 20 workshop staffs and also has pool of resources with staffs, participant and experts in various fields.

Equipment & Logistics

The company has latest computers, printers & other required office equipments for day to day work. Also it has other construction, civil, fabrication & survey equipments that are required for the construction work.
