Capabilities
and Experiences
Arati
& Company is mainly focused on prefab houses construction. It
is also promoting the sanitation facilities within KMC  through
City Service Center. We are the founder of City Service Center and
we have sign the contract agreement on 2060-01-25 (8-May-2003) with
Kathmandu Metropolitan City Office for installation and operation
of City Service Centers at our own cost in order to provide the
sanitation services within KMC.
After
two years of successful operation of City Service Centers, now the
company has decided to expand its services in at least ten different
places in Kathmandu. The company is providing its services with
a demand driven approach to respond to the user's need for hygienic
and sanitation related activities. Public demand is most evidenced
by willingness to pay for those services. We are looking for alliances
with all the concern stakeholders who are working in the environment
protection and sanitation promotion activities and are dedicated
for development of sanitation facilities in Kathmandu.
The
Company owned City Service Centre set an example in the field of
sanitation services and are contributing for promotion of sustainable
hygienic environment within Kathmandu Metropolitan City. Now, the
company has proposed to expand their services and proposed to install
and operate eight new City Service Centers, along with more than
200 moveable and portable type public toilets at different places
within KMC.
Experiences
and Capabilities in Prefab Shelter
We have recently constructed number of houses and did partion
work & extension work within valley and outside the valley including
the Thame resort at Namche Solukhumbu at an altitude of 3500m.
Some
